Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz.) Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • ½ to 1¼ tsp. Pure Vanilla Flavoring (to taste)

Make sure all ingredients stay chilled in the refrigerator, as well as your mixing bowl and whisks. Gently open the can of coconut milk without shaking (if there is no thick or spoonable cream, you will have to refrigerate it for several hours or overnight). Scoop out ¾ cup of the cream at the top of the can and place it in your pre-chilled mixing bowl.

Beat the cream with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy. Sift in the powdered sugar while also adding the vanilla. Whisk until fully combined.
